Ooredoo Gold: why is a plan missing from the offers?
Understand number-specific eligibility, missing Ooredoo Gold plans and the difference between buying credit and activating a bundle.
The short answer
An offer advertised by Ooredoo or another distributor is not automatically available for every number on EasyAlgerie. The form checks compatible offers for the entered line before allowing a bundle purchase.

Commercial offers change and can depend on the customer’s tariff, specific conditions or sales channel. The name ‘Gold’ alone does not identify a product available to every line.
Ask the owner to confirm their current tariff in Ooredoo tools. An old plan list is not proof of eligibility today.
Catalogue versus number-specific offers
The catalogue helps you explore recharge types. Checking the number identifies what can be offered through our process for that line. Verify the number and operator if a plan is missing.
A verification timeout does not prove permanent incompatibility. Try again or contact support, but do not attempt to purchase an unverified offer.
Credit does not automatically activate Gold
Ooredoo describes My Ooredoo and *500# as activation channels for certain La Gold plans. Check the operator’s current conditions and your line before activating anything.
If you buy only credit, tell the recipient. They may need to choose an option themselves: a recharge of the same amount is not a promise that their intended Gold plan will activate.
Choose an alternative deliberately
Compare the recipient’s need with the compatible offers and ask whether they accept an alternative. Credit can help only if they understand how they want to use it.
To report a missing offer, give support its name and operator. Share the full number privately, without banking codes or the line’s password.

Should I buy credit if Gold is missing?
