Car rental — prices and service fees
New bookings include an EasyAlgerie service fee of 10% of rental and optional extras, excluding delivery and the security deposit, with no fixed minimum. The fee is included in the all-in total shown before payment, with nothing added on top. When paying a deposit, 20% of the rental and any delivery plus the full service fee are paid online; the displayed balance is paid to the agency. The fee is not charged again at pickup. Existing prepared or paid bookings keep their recorded amounts.
1. Purpose
These terms govern use of the EasyAlgerie website and its search, comparison, booking and related services.
2. Service access
The website is normally available continuously, except during maintenance or incidents. EasyAlgerie cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
3. User account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity performed through your account.
4. Prices and partners
Prices and availability may come from partners and can change until confirmation. If information differs, the details confirmed by the relevant provider apply.
5. Permitted use
Fraud, attempted intrusion, unauthorised automated collection or abusive use may lead to account suspension and legal action.
6. Limitation of liability
EasyAlgerie is not liable for indirect losses or issues related to third-party services, including carriers, accommodation providers and payment processors.
7. EasyAlgerie Points
An eligible paid and confirmed service earns one point per full euro spent, or its equivalent. One hundred points provide a one-euro discount on a future eligible service. Points are held during payment and deducted after it succeeds; they are restored if payment fails or expires. A minimum amount may remain payable depending on the payment provider. Points cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Cancellations or refunds may result in a proportional points reversal.
