With advertising measurement consent, Snapchat receives paid car reservations and refunds only: a technical reference, amount, currency and available ad click ID. No email, phone, name, IP or banking data. Refunds are separate events, not purchases. Withdraw in Manage cookies.
1. Data we collect
We collect only the data needed to provide the service: account details, contact details, booking information and technical security data.
2. Purposes
Data is used to create and manage your account, process bookings, provide support, prevent fraud and improve the service.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by our providers, including Stripe, PayPal and Chargily Pay depending on the method selected. EasyAlgerie does not store your card details; each provider processes the necessary information under its own policy.
4. Cookies, audience and campaigns
Necessary cookies keep the site working. With your permission, we also use cookies for statistics and advertising measurement. Change your choice anytime via “Manage cookies”, even without an account.
Google Analytics helps us understand site usage and improve our services.
Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok measure ad results. With your permission, purchase data and your hashed email may be shared to attribute sales. Agency affiliate links also use an EasyAlgerie cookie for 30 days to attribute purchases; customer identities are not shared with the agency. Measurement alone does not allow ad personalisation.
Personalised advertising and ad optimisation
Optional, unchecked by default and requires advertising measurement. Allows Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to use future purchases and public page visits to personalise and optimise our ads. Purchases: amount, currency, reference and hashed email, sent by the server after confirmed payment. Visits: public URL without query parameters, IP address, browser technical information and advertising identifiers. The browser pixel does not load on account, booking or payment pages, or URLs with query parameters or fragments. No form contents are sent by the pixel. Refusing never limits services; withdraw via “Manage cookies”. Older permissions never enable this new visit tracking.
Choices are stored for 180 days in this browser, without automatic renewal. Consented advertising attribution identifiers are kept in the browser for up to 90 days. Statistics and advertising measurement can be accepted separately. Google and Microsoft consent modes may send limited cookieless signals for aggregate measurement; they do not identify every sale after a refusal.
5. Retention
Data is kept for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to the processing of your data.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls, appropriate encryption and restricted access.
8. App notifications
When you enable notifications, a device token is linked to your account with your language, time zone and preferences. Messages use APNs (Apple) on iOS and Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) on Android, without adding Firebase Analytics. Promotional offers are off by default and require explicit consent, separate from cookies and booking alerts. You can withdraw consent in Account → Notifications; the app remains usable without notifications. Campaigns may be targeted by language, platform and previously purchased services. System permissions remain under your control.
9. Advertising measurement in the iOS app
Only after your consent in EasyAlgerie AND Apple tracking permission, the TikTok SDK measures app installation and opening to attribute our campaigns. TikTok receives advertising/device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV and SDK identifier), IP address and device/OS technical information needed for this measurement. No name, email, phone number, booking or payment is sent to this SDK; automatic events, purchases, diagnostics and enhanced data are disabled or blocked. No TikTok request starts before both permissions. You may refuse without losing access to services, then withdraw consent in Account → Advertising privacy and iOS tracking settings: further sends are blocked. This choice is separate from cookies and notifications. The first SDK launch after an update may be counted as an installation and does not necessarily represent a new customer.
10. Meta advertising in the apps
New iOS and Android versions offer a separate optional choice for Facebook and Instagram advertising measurement and personalisation. After explicit consent (and Apple tracking permission on iOS), the Meta SDK may receive installs/opens, rental interactions and new rental purchases confirmed by our server: reference, actual amount paid and currency. Meta also receives advertising/device identifiers, IP address and necessary technical information. No name, email, phone number, bank details or historical purchases are sent by this native integration. Previous TikTok, cookie or notification consent never enables it. Automatic events and in-app purchase logging are disabled. Declining does not restrict services; withdraw in Account → Advertising privacy to block further sends. First SDK launch after an update may count as an install and does not necessarily mean a new customer. Meta may use the IP address to estimate an approximate geographic area, including for advertising measurement and personalisation. This integration does not send precise GPS location.
11. Meta website pixel
A new explicit choice in Manage cookies lets the Meta browser pixel measure public-page visits for personalised advertising and optimisation. Meta receives the public URL without parameters, IP address, browser technical information and advertising identifiers. Previous purchase-related permissions do not enable it. The script is not loaded before this choice, on account, booking or payment pages, on URLs with parameters or fragments, or when a referrer contains private information. Automatic form and click collection is disabled. Refusing or withdrawing does not affect services; withdrawal blocks future events and deletes Meta cookies. Purchases remain separate server events after confirmed payment: a click or visit never counts as a purchase.
12. Snapchat measurement in the app
A separate Snapchat choice, off by default, allows installs and opens, an installation identifier, app and OS versions and the permitted advertising identifier to be sent to Snapchat through a secure server. iOS also requires ATT permission. No name, email, phone number, device IP address, purchase or payment data is sent to Snapchat. Pending data is encrypted, deduplicated and erased after delivery, rejection, expiry or withdrawal. Declining does not restrict services. Change this choice in Account → Advertising privacy. Updating the app is not counted as a new install.
