1. Data we collect
We collect only the data needed to provide the service: account details, contact details, booking information and technical security data.
2. Purposes
Data is used to create and manage your account, process bookings, provide support, prevent fraud and improve the service.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. EasyAlgerie does not store your card details. Stripe processes the necessary information under its own policy.
4. Cookies, audience and campaigns
We use cookies required for sessions and security. With your permission, Google Analytics measures traffic and Google Ads attributes conversions to our campaigns. These storage types are denied by default, advertising personalisation remains disabled, and you can withdraw your choice at any time from the footer.
5. Retention
Data is kept for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to the processing of your data.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls, appropriate encryption and restricted access.
