Top-up payment declined or stuck: what to do
Check your original order, banking authentication and card permissions before retrying a declined or interrupted top-up payment.
The short answer
Find your order status first. If payment was actually declined, read the message and check your card permissions and any bank authentication. Do not make repeated attempts without checking the previous one.

A decline, bank processing and a closed return page are different situations. If the order already shows successful payment, follow delivery rather than paying again.
For an uncertain status, keep the reference and ask support. Repeated attempts can create separate purchases if more than one eventually succeeds.
Check with your bank
Check available funds, spending limits and permission for online purchases. For euro purchases using another account currency, also check international payments.
A refusal can come from bank or security checks. The word ‘declined’ alone does not identify its cause. Your bank can explain a card refusal; EasyAlgerie can check the order’s recorded state.
Complete requested authentication
Use your bank’s app or designated channel for any extra approval. Keep the browser open and return to the order afterwards. Not being asked to authenticate is not, by itself, an error.
Never give support bank credentials or a verification code. A text-message code is for your own approval, not for remote troubleshooting.
Retry without duplicating an order
Once a refusal is confirmed and clarified, use the actions available in checkout. If a new order is necessary, check its current price and ensure the old order has no successful payment.
Use another suitable payment method only if it is offered. Changing the recipient or product does not fix a banking refusal.

Does a pending bank amount mean a completed purchase?
Not always: it may be an authorisation. Check the order and ask the bank whether the amount is provisional or final.
Why is Apple Pay or Google Pay missing?
Availability depends on the payment context and device. Use another payment method actually offered if the wallet does not appear.
