Wrong top-up number: what to do and how to prevent it
Check the order state and contact support quickly after a wrong-number top-up. A delivered recharge cannot be assumed reversible or transferable.

If you notice a wrong recipient number, contact EasyAlgerie quickly with the order reference and status. Do not assume a delivered recharge can be moved to another line: correction or refund depends on the situation and is not guaranteed.
Choose a top-upBefore payment: correct the number
If you are still in the form, correct the number and recheck the operator and compatible offers. Changing the number can change eligibility; an earlier selection is not proof for the new line.
Read the summary again. The visible number must match the recipient even if it was populated from a favourite or recent purchase.
After payment: find the exact order state
Keep the original order and open tracking. Tell support whether payment is pending, successful or delivery confirmed. Processing may already be advanced by the time you contact them.
A second order does not replace the first. Two references are separate purchases, not an automatic recipient correction.
Give support the right details
Provide the reference, purchase time and explanation in a private channel. Include the entered and intended numbers privately, with a status screenshot if helpful.
Do not share full card details, security codes or bank approval codes. Support can investigate, but an already delivered operator recharge cannot be described as certainly cancellable.
Prevent the next error
Ask the recipient to confirm their current number and compare every digit, especially after copying text. A favourite label does not establish the line owner’s identity.
Update or delete obsolete favourites. This improves the next purchase without changing existing orders or history.

Does editing a favourite fix the order?
No. Favourites apply to future purchases. An existing order retains the details confirmed when it was placed.
Can delivered credit be transferred to another number?
That is not a guaranteed service feature. Ask support to investigate without assuming a transfer or refund is possible.
