Which references do I need?
Housing code / codeloc: 6–20 digits from your AADL file. Your housing file or earlier notice for reference checks and an accessible email.
What should I check for this issuer?
Do not confuse a notice listing amounts due with a receipt confirming settlement. Downloading a notice before payment does not mean the debt is paid. This guide concerns housing payment notices, not AADL registration or housing allocation applications.
Can I pay from abroad?
Yes, when the service and payment method are available. Review the euro total for an international card or PayPal; CIB and Edahabia use the dinar flow. Your nationality does not override your card’s conditions.
My account was charged. Should I try again?
No. A bank charge and final bill settlement are separate statuses. Keep your reference, check tracking and contact support if needed before attempting another payment.
Is the receipt immediate and the service free of fees?
The receipt depends on supplier confirmation, with no guaranteed time here. Any fees and the final total are shown before approval. A payment notice or bank debit is not a final settlement receipt.
