Delete your EasyAlgerie account
You can request account deletion at any time without signing in to the app.
How to submit your request
- 1Send the request from the email address linked to your account.
- 2Use “Delete my account” as the email subject.
- 3Our team verifies the request and confirms deletion by email.
Data deleted
Your profile, preferences, saved travellers, authentication data, and other personal data no longer required to provide the service.
Data that may be retained
Some payment, invoice, booking, or fraud-prevention records may be retained for the period required by law, then deleted or anonymised.
Processing time
Requests are generally processed within 30 days. We may ask for additional verification to protect your account.
